2008 – Current:–
The last 8 years has seen KJR deliver numerous in house renovation projects, over 50 play parks throughout the UK, ground work projects, landscaping and of course participation in the management of some of the top UK water industry / waste to energy projects.
From renovations of an 18th century cottage to a lead role in the design, development and commissioning of a prototype advanced digestion plant, KJR has delivered by remaining focused on the end goal and maintaining customer expectations.
A diverse period for KJR which has given the company a solid foundation from which to grow, many mistakes have been made, many friends gained along the way and an enormous amount learned!!

July 2014 – Current :– KJR is currently contracted to Costain to manage the ICA delivery on the Severn Trent Water AMP6 Framework working in the core team, delivering over 70 million pounds worth of projects in the 5 year cycle.
Responsible for implementing a framework ICA strategy and putting together a support team, working closely with other frameworks to implement ICA standards for Costain across the water sector.
Championing technology across Costain nominated to become a member of the technology innovation group, regular communications required across the business to highlight advancements particularly in mobile technology.
Working with the standard products and ICA team to develop a new set of standards, challenging traditional methods to take a modular approach to industrial processes.
Mentor to masters students on placement within the Severn Trent framework.
July 2012 – July 2014:– Two years contracted to Imtech working as part of the GTM joint venture management team delivering projects for Anglian Waters Special Projects Division.
Hall WTW – brand new award winning water treatment works for Anglian Water. Assisted with the initial outline ICA design and tender process providing technical support. In 2014 worked closely with the principal process engineer to get the main works up and running resolving the integration between the various packages.
The main works consisted of RGAC’s, UF membranes, UV trains, GACA and UV disinfection along with all the various chemicals.
Basildon & Cliff Quay – Technical management for GTM playing a lead role in the design, testing and commissioning of the control system for Anglian Waters prototype enzymic hydrolysis advanced digestion plants in Basildon and Cliff Quay.
Worked closely with the AW team and GTM management providing technical support, commissioning, acceptance testing, telemetry testing and project handover services.
2009 – 2011:– An 18 month contract secured with play power delivering over 50 play parks throughout the UK. KJR was able to offer a turnkey installation service working closely with the customer to improve standards in health and safety with a focus on quality.
Highlights were projects in Essex and Sunderland where the play parks were opened by the respective mayors with local media coverage.
